As the new rear commodore of Kona Sailing Club I am excited to let you know that we have set the sail day/race day dates for 2021.
The first sail day, The Sledgehammer, is scheduled for Sunday February 28th. Being late in our Hawaii “winter”, The Sledgehammer tends to be a good race to shakedown as we often have a good breeze. We are looking for a volunteer or two for our race committee; additionally, I would like to hear from captains that need crew and crew that would like to sail but have not made contact with a captain.
